Wedding Colour Trends 2025

Writer: fashions89fashions89

Choosing your wedding colours is often one of the first decisions couples make when designing their wedding aesthetic. Here are the top 5 wedding colour trends that will drench our weddings this year ...

  1. Ruby Red. Not for the subtle bride, make a bold statement with juicy red colours. It is synonymous with passion and romance, Red really makes your wedding dress pop in photos.

  2. All matters of browns. Rising from the pantone colour of the year-mocha mousse, brings us our new favourite brown shades from latte to portobello mushroom. Go monochromatic or add greens and dark wines for interest. A good excuse to source some toffee roses!

  3. Soft pastels. Our love of springtime pastels remain but for 2025 weddings you will see them in a more saturated version, mixed with earthy tones.

  4. Old world charm. A perfect pick for the luxe weddings. Modern and decadent arrangements consisting of plummy purples, warm blues and greens and moodier hues.

  5. Metallic moments. Elevate the classic palette by mixing your neutral creams and whites with accents of gold and silver tableware and furniture. An elegant choice for a bridesmaid dress too.

There are lots of things to consider before choosing the best colour palette for your big day. Here are just a few...

What is the vibe of your wedding. For example; will it be a fun, festival vibe which lends itself to a bolder, brighter palette.

The wedding venue. Work with your space and note what colours are already in situ. Carefully add colour where necessary to highlight and enhance your favourite features.

Seasonality. Taking inspiration from natures colour palette (wedding flowers) is a great place to start as it will complement the backdrop of your outdoor photographs as well as any interior flower arrangements.

Hopefully this has inspired you but if you do need further colour advice, our stylist and wedding florist is more than happy to discuss your ideas during the consultation process.

Happy planning x
